Your first consideration in drawing up a Will must be to provide for your loved ones - your family and friends, and it is essential that you do so.

If, however, once you have made proper provision for them you feel you would like to leave a bequest to The John Charnley Trust you can do so in one of the following ways, using the suggested wording for a specific or residuary bequest if you are making a new Will, or for a Codicil, if you are adding to an existing Will.
